Motion is moved for speaking to the minutes in respect the order dated 30th July 2025, passed in Criminal Application

No.246 of 2024. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that while carrying out the amendment in prayer clauses of the Application, inadvertently the number of impugned criminal case is stated as "Regular Criminal Case No.24 of 2024", instead of "Regular Criminal Case No.25 of 2024", and therefore, in the order dated 30th July 2025, in Paragraph No.1 and in clause No. (II) of the operative order, it is stated as "Regular Criminal Case No.24 of 2024", instead of "Regular Criminal Case No.25 of 2024". Hence, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clauses and prays for consequential correction in the said order.

In view of the same, leave is granted to correct the prayer clauses. Learned Advocate for the applicant to carry out the necessary amendment within two weeks.

In the order dated 30th July 2025, passed in Criminal Application No.246 of 2024, in Paragraph No.1 and also in clause No. (II) of the operative order, instead of words "Regular Criminal Case No.24 of 2024", it be read as "Regular Criminal Case No.25 of 2024".

As such necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 30th July 2025, passed in Criminal Application No.246 of 2024 and corrected writ be issued to the parties concerned. Copies issued, if any, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly. Corrected order be uploaded.
