Mr. Dargad, Advocate once again seeks adjournment by contending that he is unable to contact his client. The other side repeated his urge for dismissal of appeal by contending that since long things are repeated.

Perused the entire record and particularly orders of this court dated 14-01-2022 and 04-022022. It is apparent that despite sufficient opportunity, the matter has not been proceeded. The appellant's learned counsel also filed a pursis alongwith copy of letter informing that he made genuine efforts to communicate his client but, in
(2) fa252.11 vain. The fact itself discloses that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. There is no purpose in keeping the matter pending for years together without any progress.

Having regard to this fact, the appeal stands dismissed in default.
