Shri Bedre, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Respondent is ready to accommodate the present Petitioner in Forging Unit at MIDC, Ahmednagar by canceling the earlier order of transfer whereby the Petitioner was transferred to Pune and the Petitioner may join at the Forging Unit on 7th July, 2016.

On such offer being made on behalf of the Respondent, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
