Shri Choudhari, learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner was promoted as a Head Master with effect from 1.10.2012. The management had also submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Head Master. The same is not yet decided. Learned counsel submits that even the management has submitted representation, however, the same is not decided as yet. Because of that, the

petitioner is not receiving the pension also as that of the Head Master.

Learned A.G.P. submits that if the proposal is pending, the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits. In view of that, we pass following order.

In case proposal forwarded by the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Head Master is pending, the Education Officer shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

The petitioner may appear before the Education Officer on 22.2.2017.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

No costs. In case some compliance is required to be made, the petitioner and the institution shall
