Amongst the 14 respondents, this Court has dismissed this petition on 27.4.1998 as against respondent Nos.1 to 12 and by order dated 12.5.1998, as against respondent No.14. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.13 submits that he has filed a communication dated 21.7.2017 by serving the same on the Registry on 1.8.2017, as well as on the learned Advocate for the petitioner, intimating that respondent No.13 Jagannath Pandharinath Agarkar has passed away in 2011. Yet no steps have been taken by the petitioner. 3.

Considering the above, this petition abates.
