The applicant/claimant has moved this application seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,06,049/- [Rupees One Lakh Six Thousand Forty Nine] deposited by the respondent acquiring body.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and the Mr. Survase, learned counsel representing the respondent acquiring body and learned AGP.

Mr. Survase, learned counsel submits that in view of settlement before the Lok-Adalat and the appeal is disposed of, the respondent acquiring body has no objection to allow the application seeking withdrawal of amount.

Considering the submissions advanced and disposal of appeal the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The interest accrued till the date of release of payment be paid to the applicant.
