1] The learned AGP for the respondent-State submits that revision petition is maintainable before the State in view of the judgment in the case of Gurudassng Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2015 [6] Mh.L.J. 915.

10892.23WP+ 2] Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petitions, with liberty to approach the State to challenge the impugned orders. He further submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petitions may be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the Revisions before the State.

3] In view of the same, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4] The time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petitions would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the Revisions proceedings before the State.
