We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. In fact, vide order dated 18.08.2016 passed in Writ Petition No.758 of 2016, this Court had directed the Director of Higher and Technical Education to pass appropriate orders upon the representation.

The order in question is passed by the Deputy Director, Vocational Education and Training, Mumbai. The learned Counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same. There was no further order passed in the said Writ Petition. 3.

In case the grievance of the petitioners is not redressed, the petitioners may take up appropriate proceedings.

The Contempt Petition is disposed. No Costs.
