Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no. 1.

Having regard to antecedents in writ petition and the order dated 30-01-2017 passed in this writ petition whereunder petition was required to deposit certain amount in this court and the same has been deposited, the revision of petitioner pending before the authority be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Amount deposited in this court may be transmitted to the revisional authority. Decision in revision would govern the fate of the amount transmitted to revisional authority. 4.

Till disposal of revision, interim relief as has been operating under order dated 30-01-2017 to continue to operate.

Writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid.
