Heard Ms. Kakade, learned Advocate for the applicants, learned A.G.P. and learned Counsel Mr. Hon for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The applicant has filed Writ Petition No.11528/2017 thereby seeking payment of earned leave encashment. We had disposed of the said petition on the ground that petitioners has remedy to approach before the Grievance Committee.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicants that the Grievance Committee is not constituted with Pune University to which the respondent College is affiliated. 4.
Mr. Hon, the learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, accepts the fact that the Grievance Committee is not constituted with Pune University.

In the light of above, the premise under which we had passed the order dated 19.12.2017 is erroneous. There is an error apparent on the face of record.

In the light of that, the order dated 19.02.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.11528/2017 stands recalled. Writ Petition No.11528/2017 is restored to its original position. 7.
Review Application is accordingly allowed.
