This appeal arises out of proceeding under the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890.

The trial court gave the custody of the minor children to respondent-wife.

The first appeal is filed in 2016 when the age of children shown as 15 and 12 years respectively.

Considering that nine years have passed and both the children have become major, the appeal has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in the appeal. 5.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed off as infructuous.
