This is an application by the acquiring body for condonation of delay 210 days caused in filing of the first appeal. From the grounds stated in the applications, it appears that the delay is caused due to procedural aspect and administrative difficulty. 2.

Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the appellant has to follow the procedure for filing the appeal and after decision to file the appeal, present appeal is filed.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of.
