1) Learned counsel for the respondent, original claimant made statement that this Court has set aside the award made by the Land Acquisition Officer itself in the group of matters which had come before this Court. He made further statement that most of the claimants have filed references on the basis of the new award made by the Land Acquisition Officer. He further submitted that

2 FA 73 of 2003 when the entire award earlier made by the Land Acquisition Officer is set aside by this Court, there is no question of remanding the matter to the Reference Court and the present matter needs to be disposed of as infructuous. Learned counsel Shri. S.S. Dande is heard. 2) In view of these circumstances, the present matter is disposed of as infructuous with liberty if the aforesaid things had happened.
