This order had directed the petitioner to submit on record copy of order dated 21st January, 2004, failing which the application would be treated as dismissed for non-prosecution. Admittedly, the copy of order dated 21st January, 2004, was not produced on record as directed by the Court, and therefore, the application seeking restoration stood
