PER COURT :

1) By order dated 26th September, 2014, the applicant/claimant was permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of the total amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court subject to furnishing solvent security. The applicant states that he is not in a position to furnish a solvent security and instead thereof, he is willing to furnish bank guarantee for the like amount. In this view of the matter, the order dated 26th September, 2014 passed by

this court, permitting the applicant to withdraw 25% of the amount, out of total amount of compensation by furnishing solvent security, stands modified and instead thereof, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount by furnishing bank guarantee of a Nationalized/Scheduled Bank. Rest of the order passed by this court on 26th September, 2014 remains unchanged.
