The applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 26.09.2014 passed by this Court permitting withdrawal of amount to the extent of 25% on furnishing solvent surety. The applicants state that they are not in a position to furnishing solvent surety and as such they may be permitted to furnish bank guarantee for the like amount. The order dated 26.09.2014 is modified to the extent that applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of total amount deposited by the Respondents on furnishing bank guarantee for the like amount.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
