Mr. Pallod, learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, he do not have instructions to argue the matter. The appellant is not responding to his correspondence. He has issued written notice dated 11.01.2023 by registered post A.D. to the appellant, that has been duly served. Hence he seeks discharge. Copy of the notice along with postal acknowledgment receipt is taken on record.

In view of the above appearance of Mr. Pallod, learned counsel is discharged.

It appears that Mr. Pallod, learned counsel has given notice of his discharge in the month of January 2023.
