Learned Advocate for applicant submits that Criminal Appeal No.302 of 2024 has been preferred by three convicts including present applicant. However, now after filing joint appeal, present applicant does not want to continue his matter to be heard alongwith other two accused as he has some distinct points in his appeal. Therefore, present applicant seeks permission to file separate appeal. 3.

Permission is granted. Criminal Application No.209 of 2025 is allowed.
