The learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 and submits that the appropriate action has been taken against the officer responsible for protecting respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been taken care of. In the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of.
