PER COURT :- Admittedly in this Petition, the petitioner has not disclosed that, he has filed the complaint No. 70/2015 before the Labour Court, Nanded on 12.10.2015. The Petition is filed before this Court on 18th January, 2016. Admittedly there is no whisper in the Petition that, the petitioner has already filed such complaint seeking the same relief. In that view of the matter, the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands disclosing the pending complaint before the Labour Court, Nanded.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner did not inform him about filing such complaint before the Labour Court, Nanded. In that view of the matter, this Petition stands rejected.
