Though the matter is awaiting service to the respondent No.2, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that service to the respondent No.2 is not necessary. The petitioner is merely soliciting a direction against the respondent No.1 to take suitable steps for recovering the money pursuant to the Revenue Recovery Certificate (Exhibit - B). 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.1 to take emergent steps for recovery pursuant to the Revenue Recovery Certificate issued by the 2nd Labour Court, Aurangabad (Exhibit-B) dated 18.03.2021 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
