On the last occasion petitioner has failed to cause his appearance and respondent has placed on record the copy of order dated 25/01/2019, passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani, below Exhibit-1 in R.C.S. No.316/2015, thereby disposing of the suit as withdrawn. Though the matter was adjourned on the last date in order to enable learned advocate for petitioner to confirm that the parties have arrived at settlement as per the order placed on record, even today learned advocate for petitioner is not present. 2.

From the order dated 25/01/2019 placed on record it appears that settlement has taken place between the parties before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani, in R.C.S. No.316/2015 and accordingly the suit has been disposed of as withdrawn. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
