A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1914 OF 2022 :

This court vide order dated 16/02/2022 had directed the appellant acquiring body to deposit 50% of total compensation amount. Today, the learned counsel for the acquiring body produced on record letter issued by concerned officer of acquiring body mentioning that the aforesaid amount of compensation has been transmitted to the learned reference court. As such, the application is made absolute in terms of its prayer and disposed of.

2 919 ca 1912-22 B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1912 OF 2022 :

The appellant / acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 841 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 841 days in this application stands condoned. 2.
