Heard Shri. Ostwal, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits, on instructions, that charge-sheet has been filed in the trial Court. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to apply to the concerned Court for regular bail.

He further submits that during the pendency of the application before the trial Court, the trial Court had granted interim bail to the applicant and it was continued for 30 days after rejection. He submits that his interim bail be continued till the disposal of the application by the trial ba117.22.odt

Court. He submits that the applicant is suffering from prostate cancer.

In view of this, application is disposed off as withdrawn. Interim order to continue for a period of 2 months from today. The trial Court shall dispose of the application within a period of 2 months from the date of its filing.
