1) This civil application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing application to set aside the order dated 712-2011 and for restoration of the second appeal as against respondent Nos.1B(i) to 1B(iii). Learned counsel for the applicants takes blame to himself. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order is set aside. The appeal against these respondents is hereby restored.
