There is delay of 438 and 489 days, respectively, in filing the appeals by the agriculturists whose lands have been compulsorily acquired for public purpose. 2.

For the reasons given in the applications, the same are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for interest or any monetary benefits for the delayed period.
