Considering the directions issued by the respondent no.2-Collector on August 9, 2021 to respondent no.4, so also the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd July, 2021 addressed to respondent no.3-Tahsildar, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of twelve weeks and shall communicate the order to the petitioner.
