The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent No.4/ Deputy Director of Health Services, to correct the mistake that has crept into the grade pay of the petitioner in both the orders dated 27.08.2012 and 02.09.2018, as the correct figure should reflect Rs.4600/- as applicable from 08.08.2007, as a part of the ACPS scheme benefit.

The learned AGP submits that this matter would actually lie before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Considering the above and in the light of the fact

*2* 61wp1312o23 that the petitioner has tendered several representations, the last being 17.08.2022, that this Writ petition is disposed off. 4.

We expect respondent No.4 to deal with the representation dated 17.08.2022, on it's own merits, after perusing the entire record and pass an appropriate order, on or before 31.03.2023. Thereafter, if the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, he would approach the learned Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
