The contention of the petitioner is that the management is not forwarding the proposal for continuation as an Assistant Teacher and for salary.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

The learned counsel submits that the management has just a day before filing the

2 wp 1935.19 writ petition forwarded the proposal seeking continuation of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served.

4.

The petitioner and / or the management may prosecute the proposal before the Education Officer.

5.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
