Today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner places before us a scanned copy of the handwritten communication dated 29.03.2023, under the signature of the Petitioner, which he received as an attachment to the e-mail dated 29.03.2023. He has placed both the documents on record (3 pages), which are collectively marked as "X" khs/March 2023/1835

- 2 - for identification. The learned Advocate points out that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition unconditionally. He is aware that the unconditional withdrawal of this petition would close his claim for seeking validity certificate as belonging to Rajput Bhamta NT. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the light of "X".
