1) Leave to delete respondent No. 6 granted.

2) Mr. Nagarsoge the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to work as Angnwadi Sevika. The petitioner has given representation (Exh. E) the same is also not considered. The petitioner is required to be continued as Angnwadi Sevika.

2 WP1193.15 3) We have heard the learned A. G. P. and also the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 to 5. 4) In view of the fact that the representation is pending we pass the following order -

ORDER

The respondent No. 5 shall decide the representation given by the petitioner (Exh. E) on its own merits as per the policy expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

5) It is made clear that, we have not considered the merits of the contentions of the either parties. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
