Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned A.G.P. for the respondent-State.

Mr. Ingle learned counsel submits that the other first appeals arising out of the award passed by the Reference court in respect of the land acquired under Notification dated 2.12.1982 from village Makni have been allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 8.1.2008 passed in First appeal No. 574 of 1992 and other connected appeals. 3.

In the present appeal also, the land acquired by the Notification dated 2.12.1982 are from the same village Makni and they are acquired for the same project.

The learned A.G.P. after confirming the said position, accedes

In the light of above, and for the reasons recorded in judgment dated 8.1.2008 delivered by learned Single Judge of this Court in first appeal No. 574 of 1992, with other connected appeals, the present appeal is also allowed. The Market value of the acquired lands is determined at Rs.17000/- per Acre alongwith benefit of solatium and statutory interest as laid down under the land Acquisition Act. 6.

First appeal is accordingly disposed of.
