It is submitted that the decision of the present writ petition may have some effect on the employment of the present applicant. In the circumstances, he has prayed for allowing him to intervene in the writ petition. 3.

Considering the submissions as above, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to add the present applicant as respondent No.4 in the writ petition. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.
