This is the Application for condonation of 568 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 08.03.2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Dhule in proceeding Petition A No. 04 of 2020.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are mentioned in the Application. He submits the Applicant is working in one hardware shop. He submits that the Application be allowed.

The learned Advocate for the sole respondent opposes the Application. She submits that some costs may be allowed. 5.

After hearing both the sides and perusing the Application, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause ' B'
