The applicants are the original claimants seeking condonation of delay of 1536 days in filing appeals. They have also filed an undertaking to the effect that they are ready to forego any claim of interest for the period of delay as a condition for its condonation.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delays are condoned subject to the condition that the claimants shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay.
