This communication is received from District Judge1, Kallam. It is submitted that A.O. No. 57/2017 was disposed of by this Court with a direction to decide R.C.A. No. 5/2012 within a period of six months from the receipt of the order. It is communicated that proceeding of R.C.A. No. 5/2012 was received to the concerned Court from District Judge-1, Osmanabad on 06.01.2025. It is further submitted that new Court is established on 05.03.2023 and therefore R.C.A. No. 5/2012 is registered by new number i.e. R.C.A. No. 02/2025. After renumbering of appeal, notices were issued to the parties. After issuance of notices, respondent No. 1 and 2 appeared, however, appellant No. 1, 3, 4 and 5 have not caused Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 904-wp-1250-2018 appearance. It is submitted that after receiving record and proceeding of R.C.A. No. 5/2012 immediately steps were taken. 2.

In view of above developments, time is extended by six months to decide R.C.A. No. 02/2025 (Old R.C.A. No. 5/2012).
