The petitioner challenges the voters list.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election of all Vivid Karyakari Village Level Sahakari Societies should be conducted first before the election of respondent No. 5 as representatives are required to be sent by those societies. The learned counsel submits that elections are at various stages of those village level societies. According to the learned counsel, the voters list is incorrect.

We have heard Mr. S.K. Kadam and the learned AGP for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the objection to the inclusion of the individual members in voters list is

WP No.1113/22 not properly decided. Mr. Kadam, learned counsel submits that those persons had shown their receipts and their names are included. 5.

The same would be factual dispute and those persons are not party to the present petition also.

The representation is not an individual representation but the representation from the societies. The societies have sent their representatives and the representatives represent the societies. In view of that, the objection of the petitioner need not be considered. 7.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
