ORDER:

It is submitted that, the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since June-2013. It is submitted that, the matter is referred to the vigilance, however, the report is not yet received.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent No. 4 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner

(ii) The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not insist for full fees till the proceedings are decided.

(iii) The petitioner shall give an undertaking with respondent No. 3 that, if the claim is invalidated, he will pay full fees for the previous years also.

(iv) The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not issue any degree certificate till the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 3.
