By the order of which implementation has been sought by the petitioners the earlier award was set aside and the respondent- Land Acquisition Officer was directed to consider the effect of Section 26 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Resettlement Act, 2013 ( the Act), as set out in the judgment and order and after contemplating availability of the sale instances or otherwise within 60 days. It was also made specifically clear that if the petitioners were aggrieved by the award remedy under Section 64 of the Act would be available to the petitioners.
