We are not inclined to entertain this Petition. There is alternate efficacious remedy to

wp1153.18 the Petitioner for the redressal of the grievances raised in this Petition. Therefore, we decline to invoke the extra ordinary jurisdiction. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected.

However, rejection of this Petition shall not be construed as an impediment to the Petitioner to avail of an alternate remedy as available in law.
