Learned A.G.P. has submitted that the order is complied with and encroachments are removed.

Learned advocate for the petitioner disputes the said position stating that encroachments in respect of which the civil proceedings are pending, are yet not removed. 3.

Rightly so, as the Civil Court is ceased with the matter, after the decision of Civil Court, appropriate steps will be taken by the concerned Authorities for removal of encroachments in terms of the orders passed by Civil Court. 4.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
