The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application seeking rental compensation with the land Land Acquisition Officer on 20.04.2015. The same is not yet decided.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (Exhibit-D, Page No. 34) for rental compensation is pending with respondent no. 2,

2 wp 9397.18 then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (9) months, after hearing all parties concerned. If the petitioner is entitled for the rental compensation payment accordingly shall be made to the petitioner.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
