Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that there is decree of nullity of marriage passed on 20-12-2014 and, as such, whole proceedings have been rendered infructuous and redundant.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that appeal is pending against decree, yet no interim order has been passed in the appeal. 3.

Writ Petition, as such, stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.

In case occasion arises, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
