DATE : 16th February, 2022 P.C.:- Heard learned counsel for the applicants Shri Shinde. Learned counsel Shri Shinde submits that general and vague allegations are made against the applicants. No specific role is attributed to any of the applicants. In view of this and considering the quantum of sentence, I am inclined to suspend the substantive sentence. Hence the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) Criminal Application is allowed.

II) Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision. III) Applicants be released on PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount each.

IV) Bail in the trial Court.
