The grievance of the petitioner is that his revision application filed in the Inward Registrar on 06.08.2021, is not being decided by respondent No.2. There are five applicants, out of whom, the case of Datta Balaji Puyad alone is decided instantly on 14.03.2022. 02.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the pending application of the Petitioner as well as those filed by other applicants, if not yet decided, within a period of 90 days.
