The petitioner, who is a senior member of the bar is challenging the order passed in the year 2015 whereby the written statement fled by defendant 7 is accepted. 2.

The petition is fled in the year 2020 and the explanation for the delay is that "the petitioner could understand the gimmick of the defendants only on 06.01.2020, when he personally inspected the Court fle.. 3.

I am not impressed by the justifcation for the delay. The petition is dismissed on the ground of delay amounting to latches.
