Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad seeking transfer. The petitioner has crossed 53 years of age and he can be transferred as per policy of the respondents but the representation is not considered.

As per Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad is competent authority to consider the grievance with regard to transfer of employees. In light of that, the Chief Executive Ofcer shall consider the representation of the petitioner (page

37) on its own merits, preferably within thirty days from the date of communication of the order upon him. Writ petition disposed of. No costs. 3.

It is for the Chief Executive Ofcer to consider the vacancies available.
