Per Court :- Heard Mr. V.D. Salunke, learned counsel for the Applicant (Respondent in Writ Petition No.4017/2005). This is an application for grant of early hearing of Writ Petition No.4017/2005. According to Mr. V.D. Salunke, learned counsel for the applicant, the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is not res integra, in view of the subsequent decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court. In view of that fact, though this matter is of the year 2005, present matter can be fixed for early disposal. [2] In that view of the matter, Civil Application No.2484 Of 2005 is disposed of. Writ Petition No.4017/2005 is fixed for final hearing on 19th March, 2015.
