Letter dated 13/9/2016 together with report of the Police Inspector and death certificate are taken on record and marked as Exh."A" collectively for identification. As per the report supported with death certificate, the sole respondent in the case died on 1/10/2010. In this view, no cause survives to proceed with the appeal which is filed against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal. Accordingly appeal is disposed of in view of death of sole respondent.
