DATED : 14th MARCH, 2022 PER COURT:- We have heard learned for the petitioner for some time. It appears that the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court by instituting the suit bearing R.C.S. No. 272 of 2021. It appears from the contents of the representation dated 26.11.2021 that subsequent to filing of the suit, the respondent Grampanchayat has taken some action to demolish the encroached portion of the house. It is open for the petitioner herein to bring to the notice of the Civil Court the subsequent events by way of amendment in the pleadings and it is for the Civil Court to consider the same in its proper perspective. However, in the given set of allegations, no case is made out to give directions about any inquiry into the grievance of the petitioner in
